Introducing new DAQami and USB-5106 from Measurement Computing (MCC)

The engineers at value-priced DAQ developers, Measurement Computing, have been busy this month with the launch of two new products: an easy-to-use advanced data logging application called DAQami and a new low-cost analogue data logger – the USB-5106.

For time-pressed individuals who want a fast time to measurement, the new DAQami application will let them configure their DAQ set-up, acquire, view, and log live data from over 40 different MCC hardware devices in less than 5 minutes!

Data can be acquired in volts and degrees, as well as custom units with linear scaling. Channels can be viewed on any combination of scalar, strip, and block displays. Once data is acquired and logged, DAQami can be used to review the saved data or export it to a .CSV file. The flexible DAQami user interface provides the ability to customise display size and location, zoom factor, and channel/trace colours. Users can configure MCC DAQ hardware within the application, selecting sampling rate, start and stop triggers, and sample count.
