Version 5 and Year 2000 compliance

Interactive Image Technologies Ltd. confirms that our product Electronics Workbench is designed to work without any errors or interruptions resulting from the current date value for dates prior to and after the year 2000.

Interactive Image Technologies Ltd. has tested Electronics Workbench for compliance and states that the product will not be adversely affected by changing dates to year 2000 and beyond. Electronics Workbench also performs correctly for the leap year 2000.


In detail, Interactive Image Technologies Ltd. has performed two sets of tests:

1.A detailed examination of our source code was conducted, and no code was identified which would be adversely affected by the year changing from year 1999 to 2000 of from 99 to 00.

2.An end-user test was performed on which the clock settings were artificially forced to read year 2000 in the `year' field. The EWB software was then run and used by one of our engineers as the product would be employed by an actual customer. EWB was fully functional both before and after the date change.


Interactive Image Technologies Ltd. believe this statement should suffice to satisfy most standard concerns regarding Year 2000 operation.
