For organisations that need to train a number of staff simultaneously,
we can bring our training to your site. If you wish to develop and align
the software skills of your team or department, an investment in Onsite
Training will pay significant dividends.
Our expert trainers can tailor the course to meet your organisation's
particular needs and the level of experience and expertise of your participants.
They can work with small or large groups, and they are skilled at ensuring
that each and every trainee gets the most out of the course.
For further details, and to arrange software training at your site for any of our products, contact our Training Coordinator. If your organisation doesn't have the space or facilities to hold a training course onsite, or you don't have a suitable local venue, then we can run corporate training days at our Training Centre in Letchworth.
Benefits of Onsite Training:
Training a whole team/department off-site can cause staffing issues. If employees are trained on-site, they are still available in case of emergency
The training can be customised to fit with delegates' particular
levels of software expertise or to focus on the functionality/software
features that will be of most use in the workplace
You learn in the most relevant group possible - with your
colleagues
It is a more cost-effective/economical option than sending a whole group and footing the bill for travel/accommodation expenses

Online Training
Individual training on specific aspects of our software package can be delivered
online. We currently offer Online Training for EndNote, Reference Manager and
Quality Analyst. Courses are broken down into affordable 60-minute modules,
so you can focus on those features that you wish to know more about. There
are also 90-minute overview sessions that cover, in brief, the full range of
product features. Delivered live by our trainers at a time that suits you via
the acclaimed GoToMeeting system (using the Internet and a freephone telephone connection),
this lets you interact with the software on your own computer, ask questions
and talk directly to the trainer to make sure you get exactly what you need
out of the course. Full details of upcoming online courses are here.
