Data analysis tools
DADiSP helps engineers analyse large amounts of data. An intuitive alternative to spreadsheets, DADiSP has a loyal user base that values its streamlined design and shallow learning curve.
Its core functionality is extended with a broad range of add-ons. The most popular is the Digital Filter Design Module. This add-on provides point-and-click tools to design and optimise digital filters. The menu system means you don’t have to remember complex commands, and visualisation tools let you plot pole-zero plots, bode diagrams and more.
The FFT Acceleration Module makes the standard FFT routines faster, with realistic speed-ups of 2 times, and more on multi-core computers. The module automatically replaces the standard routines with their accelerated counterparts; you don’t need to redevelop your analysis routines to use the faster technology.
The Matrix Acceleration Module provides the same benefits for any matrix-based analysis. It uses the Intel Math Kernel Library to provide multithreaded matrix computation routines that are 3 to 50 times faster than the standard functionality.
Other add-ons provide control design tools, MATLAB connectivity, extended import routines and more.
