Chembiodraw: Quick-drawing Lab Software With Staying Power

If you're involved in life sciences, ChemBioDraw is one of those products that will be with you for the long haul. From when you first enter a laboratory as an undergraduate, through every progression in your career, ChemBioDraw has the power to help you create professional-looking lab reports, save time and support discovery - even as the complexity of your work increases.

Indeed, in the 30 years or more since ChemDraw was first created, it's continually supported learning for countless science brains across the globe! The most current release, ChemBioDraw 12, is the most user friendly and intuitive chemical and biological drawing suite yet, containing advanced prediction tools, full Web integration, proton NMR with peak splitting and highlighting, amino acid and DNA sequence tools, TLC plate drawing tool, Struct=Name, ISIS/Draw mode and stoichiometric analysis.

In this latest version, Struct=Name now handles more classes of compounds (e.g. ring systems), and can recognise and point out ambiguous chemical names. An updated sequence tool lets you create disulphide bonds between residues, wrap and shape multi-line sequences, display Peptide Termini and modify sequence residues. The modified Lasso and Marquee tools let you rotate structures about arbitrary centres. What’s more, the BioDraw toolbar now comes with more tools and templates for producing biological pathway drawings.
