Spectroscopy equiment is expensive, and it doesn't make much sense to have a lot of its time tied up with data processing and analysis. This is where Grams/32 comes in. Transferring the analysis to an off-line Windows based system not only frees up the instrumentation, but it gives you a lot more capabilities too. Grams/32 takes on all the data processing operations in spectroscopy applications.
