It’s early Autumn and Adept’s marketing department have already done their fair share of leaf rustling! No, I’m not talking bracing walks in the woods and changing fall foliage. Our leaves are the paper variety and we’ve spend many hours wading through the pages of this year’s Technical Computing Magazine (TCM) to dot the i’s and cross the t’s.
We think we’ve produced a great issue with something for everyone! Whether you’re looking for the latest technical tools to streamline your writing, work out maths problems, wirelessly measure temperature, create engineering worksheets or weed out process variation, you’ll find exactly what you need in the pages of TCM 41.

The marketing department has been a hive of activity recently. Adept’s creative team are always busy, but over the last month they’ve been particularly industrious and working hard on the biggest print design project of the year. They’ve overcome writer’s block, author’s wrist ache and artistic differences to create their showpiece 28-page, full-colour 39th Issue of our Technical Computing Magazine.
Because Adept’s market is made up of all kinds of different users who have very specific software and hardware requirements and normally need careful targeting, Marketing doesn’t often get the chance to feature all of Adept’s key products in a single piece of literature. That’s why TCM is such an important break from the norm – it provides customers with a snapshot of our entire range and the opportunity to discover innovative computing products outside their traditional specialism.
This Autumn 2010 issue of TCM features some of the greatest and latest technical computing products including MapleSim 4, Quanser control technology, EndNote X4, NWA SPC software, MCC and UEI DAQ modules, plus previews of Mathcad Prime 1.0 and VisSim 9. CircuitLogix Pro and Truenumbers also get a mention; two new tools coming soon to Adept.

We’ve done it! The 25th Anniversary Autumn 2009 edition of our Technical Computing Magazine is finally finished and at the printers. And now we’re celebrating in style, not with champagne, but with large slices of hot chocolate fudge cake all round! There’s a chorus of satisfied sighs from the marketing department – chocolate and achievement is a great source of endorphins! Our customers will have already received email notification that TCM issue 38 is online, but you can visit our TCM homepage to read all the articles online or download the entire magazine here.
