In order to use Reference Manager?s Internet Search command or to use the Web Publisher component, an Internet connection is required.

Cite While You Write feature compatible with Microsoft Word® 2003, 2007, and 2010 (32-bit only) – Reference Manager 12 is not officially compatible with Word 2013, however through testing we have found that Cite While You Write should run if using the 32-bit version of Office 2013.
