What happened to MaplePrimes? Why is it no longer available?
Maplesoft has launched a new program for maintenance – the Elite
Maintenance Program. The EMP program will soon be launching a new website
within maplesoft.com that will replace the old MaplePrimes,
but also will bring more benefits. The name MaplePrimes is now used for
Maplesoft's web community.
If I subscribe to EMP, what happens at the time of a new release?
The software will automatically be shipped to you. At the same time, you
will also receive a new activation code via email. For multi-user sites,
the software and activation code will be sent to the designated contact
in our records.
How will I know when my renewal is due?
When you come to the end of your EMP subscription period, you will be
offered the chance to renew these services. You will receive a Renewal
Notice approximately 8 weeks before the due date. Your renewal date is
determined by the anniversary date of your original purchase.
Can I request an early quotation on my renewal?
Yes. Simply contact our customer
support team at your local office.
Can I designate different contacts within my institution for
different services (i.e. main contact to receive renewal notice, technical
contact, and financial contact)?
Yes. Simply complete
this form and email it to your customer
support team.
Can I purchase multiple years of EMP and Technical Support?
Yes. Please contact our customer
support team for details.
What are accepted payment options?
Official purchase order, cheque and credit card.
Who provides technical support?
Elite Maintenance Program subscribers who reside in the United States
and Canada receive technical support directly from Maplesoft via email,
phone or fax. Subscribers in other countries should our customer
support team at their local office.
