Eliminate algebraic loops

Simulink models often contain algebraic loops. Simulink typically handles these by iterating to a solution for every time step, adding delay to the model execution. BlockImporter allows you to solve algebraic loops symbolically and then export the resulting model back to Simulink, significantly improving the efficiency of the model and its execution speed.
