Duplicate Column
This dialog will produce a second copy of the column selected in the drop down
Column list. A new name must be provided for the duplicate column.
New Column Name
Provides a space for you to specify the name for the new duplicated column.
This is initially set to the original column name, but must
be changed to a new name which is unique within the spreadsheet.
New Type
The duplicated column may be converted to a new type by selecting
one of those available from the New Type list box.
Sort Factor Levels or Labels
If selected, columns duplicated as factors will be sorted in ascending order by
their levels or labels.
Insert missing values in rows excluded by Filter
If selected, any rows which have been excluded by restricting or filtering the
data will have missing values inserted.
OK
Create the duplicate column and close the dialog.
Apply
Create the new column and leave the dialog open to create another
duplicate column.
Cancel
Close the dialog without making any changes.
