General Description
The PCI-DAS6014 from Measurement Computing is a very low cost 16-bit analog I/O that plugs into any PCI slot in your computer. Combined with your software, it turns a personal computer into a complete measurement system that may be used to automate a wide assortment of experiments and tests. The low cost of the PCI-DAS6014 makes it an ideal choice in educational/teaching applications as well as any other application where price is a key concern. Measurements of up to 16 channels at a resolution of 16 bits, (one part in 65,536) on one of 4 ranges may be taken at rates up to 200,000 samples per second. Dual analog outputs (two) of 16 bits resolution may be updated at rates to 10 kHz per channel. Discrete digital bi-directional I/O lines (8) can control relays and solenoids, and monitor switch and contact closures. Software for professional developers, occupational developers and non-programming measurement professionals completes your system. Choose from several powerful options described below, or choose several and use the one suitable to each task.

Software
InstaCal: Installation, Calibration and Test software in one package simplifies these important steps as you turn your PC into a measurement system. Installation detects new hardware and configures your computer and board. Calibration software automates this critical step and keeps your measurements accurate. Analog Input Accuracy
200 kS/s sampling rate, single channel operation and a 15-minute warm-up. Accuracies listed are for measurements made following an internal calibration. They are valid for operational temperatures within ±1°C of internal calibration temperature and ±10°C of factory calibration temperature. Calibrator test source high side tied to Channel 0 High and low side tied to Channel 0 Low. Low-level ground is tied to Channel 0 Low at the user connector. Table 1 - Absolute Accuracy
