ADwin HSM-24V module
The HSM-24V module provides 32 digital inputs/outputs for 24V level and links ADwin to, for example, the world of SPS-like signals.
Via an ADwin LS bus interface up to 15 HSM modules may be operated with an ADwin system. For example, ADwin-light-16 can be extended by up to 480 digital channels using HSM modules. ADwin-Gold II can be operated with 960 extra digital channels and ADwin-Pro I can even deal with up to 14,400 channels.
The HSM-24V module is designed for industrial use in a switch cabinet and is easily fitted to the top hat rail. The plug-in blocks of binding posts considerably facilitate the input/output wiring in the control cabinet. The module is run with a supply voltage of 19 … 29V DC as is common with switch cabinets.
The 32 channels can be set to eight groups of inputs or outputs. For each channel there is a LED indicating the real voltage level (High or Low). Each output may deliver up to 150mA and is designed to be short-circuit proof. Input channels are designed to be over-current proof.
Using ADbasic the digital data of the 24V channels can be easily accessed.

Thorough knowledge of product and able to answer queries arising during the session. Good pacing of content.
When working with many data points, graphing is often the quickest way to qualify data and identify trends. With the Origin statistics gadget, it’s also easy to pull quantitative information, such as mean and standard deviation, straight from a data plot. This lets me make better decisions about which data to select for more detailed analysis.Boaz Vilozny - Postdoctoral Researcher, University of California at Santa Cruz
I greatly appreciated the fact that you did what you said you would do – not everyone is so nice and punctilious as you.Dr PL, Kent, UK
