Challenge:
Design a control system to dampen the vibrations of a tall structure.

Description:
Created for bench-scale active mass damping experiments, this system can perform active mass damping of flexible structures. The mass damper consists of a high torque direct drive motor that can drive a 3 Kg. Mass at 1 g. It is ideal for performing position control experiments.
