Challenge:
Design a control system to command the angular rate of a DC servo.

Description:
A DC motor drives a rotational inertial load. The motor shaft position is measured using a sensor. A tachometer is available to measure motor speed.
The objective is to design a rate control system such that the output tracks a commanded rate. The system is supplied with a PI controller. You may design any other controller you wish.
