order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. The following
discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for all

Live Chat Transcripts
When a visitor uses our Live Chat facility, a transcript of the conversation
is stored by us. These can be used to help us assess staff performance. The
visitor can also keep a copy of the transcript.
