New vector maths acceleration module from DSP
New from DSP Development Corporation (Newton, MA) and available from Adept Scientific (Letchworth, Herts), the DADiSP/VectorXL module accelerates vector maths computations by using the Math Kernel Library (MKL) from Intel with speed improvements of 20% to 60% common.
The MKL Library provides highly optimised vector routines based on the Vector Math Library (VML). The algorithms are specifically tuned to Intel Processors to provide outstanding performance.
Simply install DADiSP/VectorXL and any routine that employs a supported vector maths function or operation automatically benefits from accelerated computation.
Key features
- Simple deployment – just Install and Run.
- 20% to 60% speed improvements.
