Vissim/ECD Software Supports Delfino Controllers

Adept has introduced Version 7.0 of Visual Solutions’ (VSI’s) Vissim/ECD rapid-prototyping software, which supports Texas Instruments’ (TI’s) Delfino floating-point digital signal controllers (DSCs). Providing 600 million floating-point instructions per second (MFLOPS) at 300MHz, the C2834x devices bring high performance and software development to embedded applications such as industrial control, medical devices, digital power conversion and advanced sensing. Version 7.0 adds support for the C2834x series to its existing support of all previous F28xx controllers.
