“I wanted to let you know that I have just bought EndNote X2 for Mac – I noticed on the endnote.com website that this can be upgraded for free to EndNote X3 when it becomes available for Mac.”
“I must say I’m very impressed with the great customer support you’ve provided over the years, which has really encouraged me to buy this new version, and indeed was important in the decision to buy EndNote 9 away back in 2005. (It doesn’t seem that long ago!) Over the years I’ve been able to keep on top of a huge amount of information using EndNote which then can be sorted to bring related topics from diverse sources together. This has made it possible, I believe, to make some exciting links between observations made over 1000 years apart. The new ‘grouping’ feature looks as if it could be great for keeping on top of which references I’ve already cited in an article and which remain to be cited, and another reason I upgraded.”
