New Maple Database Integration Toolbox
Powerful new solution combines technical data with world-class analysis and development tools
Adept Scientific announces the second in Maplesoft’s new Maple Professional Toolbox series. The new Database Integration Toolbox allows users to apply the power of Maple™ 9.5, the best-selling technical productivity environment from Maplesoft, to technical datasets.
This new Toolbox lets you easily query, create and update JDBC™-compliant databases within the interactive, user-friendly Maple environment. The Maplet™ task assistants allow you to compose complex queries without any detailed SQL knowledge, and automatic conversion of data between SQL and Maple lets you perform manipulations in either environment. Using state-of-the-art analysis and visualisation tools, and innovative Maplesoft technology, you can design, develop and deploy powerful applications that use this data, across computing platforms, across databases and across the enterprise.
“Unlike conventional database application development systems, this solution offers optimised tools to solve sophisticated modelling and analysis problems unique to engineering and science,” states Eithne Murray, Product Manager at
Maplesoft (Waterloo, Canada). “Using Maple’s numeric and symbolic solvers, unrivalled interactive visualisations, and special tools such as unit management, you get much greater insight into your data.”
The latest version of the world’s leading mathematical software system, Maple 9.5 is the platform of choice for scientific and engineering problem-solving, mathematical exploration, data visualisation and technical authoring. Combining robust numeric solvers with industry-leading symbolics, Maple 9.5 offers comprehensive computing support for any activity involving mathematics, from teaching to engineering design.
Maple Professional Toolboxes extend the scope and functionality of Maple for specialised application areas in engineering, science and technical application development. Designed to work seamlessly with the core Maple 9.5 product, these toolboxes use leading-edge technology to ensure users get maximum benefit from the world’s most powerful technical software platform.
