EndNote X5.0.1 update for Windows now available
The latest patch for Thomson Reuters EndNote® for Windows, available from Adept Scientific (Letchworth, Herts), has been released by Thomson Reuters (Philadelphia, PA).
EndNote is the bibliographic management and publishing solution used by millions of researchers, librarians and students Worldwide. This latest patch aims to fix reported bugs, as well as update styles, import filters and connection files.
Now EndNote users can open and convert Reference Manager 12 databases, edit and update Reference Manager 11/12 citations in Word. The patch also adds two new features to the Windows edition as featured in the EndNote X5 Mac release earlier this year. These enable users to automatically update multiple references, or even entire libraries, and create up to 5,000 groups/group sets.
Individual EndNote X5 users can access their free update by choosing “EndNote Program Updates” from the “Help” menu and following the on-screen prompts.
