Old versions of the Extension Packs cannot be installed with Mathcad 13.

Version 11 or Earlier

The format of the functions in Extension Packs created for Mathcad 11 or earlier are not compatible with the new Mathcad 13 engine. Please contact customer services on 01462 480055 for information on stepping up to the latest compatible versions.

Version 12

If you are using an extension pack created for Mathcad 12, the functions work in Mathcad 13. However, you will need to download an updated installer. This installer is available from the Mathcad website at the following URL: http://www.mathcad.com/download.
