Need to check that PLT is registered to QAGRAPH.EXE

See manual on how to do this for Netscape
With Internet Explorer check the registry or double click on the PLT file in Windows Explorer & see if QAGRAPH is started & the graph displayed. If this works but not from the Web Server, check the Browser Configuration.
