Why does Add/Remove Programs list SafeCast as taking up an enormous amount of memory, like hundreds of MegaBytes or even a GigaByte?

Why does Add/Remove Programs list SafeCast as taking up an enormous amount of memory, like hundreds of MegaBytes or even a GigaByte?

The software reports an erroneous size. In Windows Explorer, the CDILLA folder is listed as being 16KB.
