The page numbering is not something you can change within Quality Analyst.  The Print option is designed to allow for the printing of "wide" files, with too many  columns to fit across one page.  This numbering allows you to tell how to lay out the pages if you have printed a long, wide file.

You may wish to look at the File, Report which has the ability to customise the output a bit and select which columns to print.  The page numbering is different in the Report output and may be more suitable.
