If you have removed all previous versions using the Add/Remove Programs option in Control Panel, it could be that the Chem3D Plug-in is still present.
Perform a search of your computer for files named npc3ds.dll or npc3dn.dll. If you find either of them, make sure that Internet Explorer or Netscape is not running, and delete them. Then uninstall and reinstall. You may wish to try reinstalling in Windows Safe Mode to make sure that nothing conflicts with the installer. See Windows Help for starting in Safe Mode. |
