When you try to install the software you get the error message "CDXLIB.DLL file cannot start. Check the file to determine problem". The installation then completes and Chem3D and ChemDraw will run however the same error message appears when you try to load ChemFinder.

This is likely to be caused by the installation of the wrong version of CDXLIB.DLL. This can happen if you install the software & then try to install an older version. The solution is to try uninstalling all CS software.  Look for the CDXLIB.DLL file and delete it as uninstalling does not delete this file. You should then be able to reinstall the software.
