Missing pages from the Vissim manual.

Pages 371-378 inclusive of the VisSim 5 PDF manual ("VisSim_UG5.pdf")are missing.
The PDF file that you get with VisSim PE 5 (bundled with the Mathcad 11 Premium package), VisSim 5 Professional and the version on Visual Solutions ftp site are all missing these pages.
