If Micro Saint reports that the hardware key is not plugged in (even though it is), then either the dongle drivers are corrupt or the parallel port is not correctly configured.

The first step is to download and install the latest dongle drivers from http://www.rainbow.com - these will be the Sentinel System Drivers. If this doesn't work, then you may need to go in to the BIOS and make sure that the parallel port settings are as follows: ECP, Normal, Bi-Directional, AT, and PS/2, with the address set to 378, IRQ=7 and DMA=3.
