Predict 1H-NMR Shifts and Predict 13C-NMR Shifts are missing from the Structure menu even after you enter a structure and highlight the selection.

This is due to the remnants of a previous installation of ChemDraw being present on your machine. Please try the following:

    1. Uninstall your existing installation of ChemDraw Ultra from the Add/Remove Programs menu in Windows Control Panel.
    2. Remove any other instances of ChemDraw or ChemDraw Ultra from the list.
    3. Close this window and launch Windows Explorer.
    4. Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete any instances of the Cambridgesoft or ChemDraw folders.
    5. Close Windows Explorer and empty the Recycle Bin
    6. Click on Start, Run and type Regedit.
    7. A screen similar to Windows Explorer will appear. Please navigate to the following keys:

         HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\ChemDraw

         Delete the Cambridgesoft Folder

         HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ChemDraw

         Delete the Cambridgesoft Folder

    8. Close Regedit and restart your machine. Run the installation again with all virus checkers disabled as these have been known to prevent some entries being written to the registry.

The menu's should now be present.
