1. It is most likely due a network or server problem:
a. Server is down
b. Problem communicating with the server - Try pinging the server and the client from the server.
c. Wrong port being used - Make sure the port is valid and not in use by another application.
d. Network hostname resolution problem on the network - Try using nslookup to see what names are resolving to what IP addresses.
2. There can also be license file or options file problems:
a. Server name is wrong, misspelled, or in the wrong case in the license file - Correct the server name.
b. Host names are wrong, misspelled, or in the wrong case in the options file - Correct the host names. |
