When you save a Search Strategy it is stored as a .prm file. The location of this file varies with which version of Reference Manager you are using. For Reference Manager 9.5 they are saved in the root of the installation directory, for later versions they are saved in \Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\ISI ResearchSoft\RefMan
You can send these .prn files to other users. If they are placed in the same directory then these strategies become available for them to use as well.
For Network versions of Reference Manager 10 and 11 it is possible to share the Search Strategies with other users over the network. You will need to edit the registry to modify the location used to save the Search Strategies to the network drive where your shared libraries are stored. For Reference Manager 10 modify the value of the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ISI ResearchSoft\Reference Manager 10.0\General\User Path String to point to the new location. For Reference Manager 11 you will have to add the User Path String into the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ISI ResearchSoft\Reference Manager 11.0\General Key and then point it to the new location.
NB: Editing the registry is dangerous and should be attempted with care as it can have serious effects on the health of your computer. Always backup your registry before making any changes.
