I have downloaded ChemDraw Net 6 but find that it freezes when I start it up. The opening splash screen appears but then the PC locks up & I have to reboot. How can I prevent this from happening?

Sometimes, background applications can interfere with the installation of the software. If you did not disable all applications like virus protection, screen savers, memory management applications, etc. before installing, please do so, and reinstall ChemDraw.
