I am receiving the error "You have reached the number of allowable licenses" when I try to log into the Galactic software. Why am I receiving this message?
There are two possible reasons:
1) The software is being accessed by the maximum number of users allowed based on the number of seats purchased for that product.
2) Your User Database file, GALACTIC.UDB, has become corrupt. To solve this problem, browse to your [Galactic Install]\Logs directory and delete the GALACTIC.UDB file. This file will be recreated the next time someone logs into the Galactic software. |
