The DADiSP floating licence will produce a machine specific ID when installed and on receipt of this DSP Development will generate a password. The machine ID is unique to the machine that is running DADiSP. There are a couple of scenarios for installing the software:

DADiSP run from PC's local hard disk

Install DADiSP on the hard disk of each PC on which you wish to run DADiSP. A separate machine ID will be produced for each PC. Forward these machine IDs to DSP Development and they will generate a separate password for each PC.

DADiSP run from server

Using a PC with network access install DADiSP on the server's disk. Launch DADiSP in turn from each PC that will need to be able to run DADiSP, a separate machine ID will be produced for each PC. Forward these machine IDs to DSP Development and they will generate a file (DSPPSWD) to be copied to the server which will contains passwords for these PCs.
