I have just installed SPC-PC IV onto my PC but I get the following error message:
SPCWin32.exe file is linked to missing export ODBC32.dll. C:\SPCWin32\SPCWin32.exe - a device attached to the system is not functioning.

This problem occurs because you do not have ODBC installed on the system. (The ODBC32 icon is absent from the control panel.) ODBC is an option that is normally installed automatically with Microsoft 32 bit operating systems but can be disabled during setup.

To correct this error you can download and install the latest ODBC drivers from the Microsoft website. They are listed as the Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) on www.microsoft.com/data, The current version on their site is Vsn 2.6.
