If you have a multifile and it is in SPC format then you should be able to use the GRAMS/3D demo to view this. However, GRAMS/3D won't display certain types of data. Typically, GRAMS/3D displays data as a solid surface. (It can be forced to display "clouds" of data points - Tuples plots, which is how it handles PLSplus/IQ 3D plots.) Mass spectra are typically displayed as a series of pulses rather than peaks with surfaces, multi-dimensional MS data cannot be viewed with GRAMS/3D. To view multi-dimensional mass spectra as a 3D plot, you will need to view the data in GRAMS using one of the 3D modes (e.g., Hidden Line 3D).
