When setting up C Code gen you need to make a copy of VCVARS32.BAT (from Micrsoft visual studio) and place it in c:\VISSIM40\CG

Alter VSMCG32.BAT and VSMDLL32.BAT (using Notepad) so that the first line is

call C:\VISSIM40\CG\VCVARS32.BAT

make sure both files are saved with a .BAT extension as opossed to a .BAT.TXT extension, which is possible using NOTEPAD
