My Datascan 7000 Measurement Processor series settings are not stored by DASYLab.

To set up the configuration of the installed Datascan 7000 Measurement Processor, go to the Experiment/Measurement menu and select "Hardware Setup."

The Datascan 7000 driver creates a file called Datascan.Ini which contains the stored configuration. The default location for this file is the WINDOWS path (for example C:\Windows on XP or C:\Winnt on 2000.)

If the configuration that you set up is not retained when DASYLab is closed, then there may be a problem creating the DATASCAN.ini file. Go to the Windows folder and check that you have write access to that folder. Check for the DATASCAN.ini file and if found, delete it then restart DASYLab in case this file was corrupted.
