We can only support EndNote on operating systems which are listed by Thomson Reuters as compatible. Whilst it may be possible to run earlier versions of EndNote on later versions of Windows and Macintosh OS it is always advisable to use a version of the software which has been specifically written for the operating system you are using.
NOTE: Hardware requirements are not discussed as the vast majority of computers are several times better than the minimum requirements to run EndNote. Generally speaking if a computer can run the operating system (e.g. Windows) then it can run EndNote, however, for those with very very old legacy systems, here's a rough guide:
