If EndNote Web was installed whilst Internet Explorer [IE] was open, then you may be in a situation where you are continually asked to authenticate/log-on to EndNote Web during CWYW. To check if you have this problem, open Internet Explorer and without logging into EndNote Web click the "Go to EndNote Web" button in the EndNote Web toolbar. If you receive an error that the toolbar cannot find the required server information, you have this issue.
1. Uninstall EndNote Web from Windows Control Panel 2. Ensure that no IE browser windows are open, and no instances of iexplore.exe are in the 'Processes' tab of Task Manager. 3. Install most recent EndNote Web installer, available from myendnoteweb.com
