Installing Maple T.A. 4.0 on a Windows server.

It includes this dialog:

Blackboard Server
Please enter your Blackboard server information.
Blackboard Server ...
Superuser Password ...

But this isn't mentioned in the Maple T.A.™ Installation and Licensing Guide.

What password is required here? What is meant by 'superuser' in this context?

Why would Maple T.A. require a password to the Blackboard server? If I enter the wrong password, how will I know? What would happen?

This particular screen during Maple T.A.’s installation isn’t asking for an already existing password, but rather it is asking you to specify one.

This is important because the user configures the Maple T.A. plug-in from within Blackboard and will be asked for this superuser password (as shown in this screenshot).

Note also that the Blackboard server and password can also be specified in the <Maple TA>/system.properties file by changing the Blackboard variables found at the end of this file.
