In DASYLab, the PCI-DAS1000 counter module gives an error similar to the following:

The PCI-DAS1000 has six counter channels:
Channels 0, 1, and 2 are not available to the user; they are used by the A/D circuitry..
Channels 4, 5, and 6 are available to the user.
The customer needs to manually tell DASYLab to use counter # 4 as the first user counter.
