Tecplot 10FB6 License manager auto startup command "The comments in boot.local state that it is executed ""Before"" the run level is determined. So the autostartup command is probably being executed too soon, which is producing the error message. It used to be that most linuxes had a file called /etc/init.d/rc.local which was executed on system startup after most everything else had been executed. For some reason in SuSE 10.0 they eliminated that file and instead replaced it with ""/etc/init.d/after.local"" Please suggest to this customer that they put the tecplot license manager startup commands in ""/etc/init.d/after.local"" instead. If it doesn't exist then they can create one, and make sure that it has execute permission." Installation Tecplot Linux en
