Inspex '97: New
WebServer Edition of
World's Leading SPC
Software

Inspex '97
4-6 November 1997
NEC, Birmingham

Stand X702

Adept Scientific plc, the UK's largest distributor of technical and scientific computing products, comes to Inspex '97 with a major new version of the leading statistical process control software for Windows, NWA Quality Analyst. NWA Quality Analyst WebServer is the first true web version of any SPC software. It gives dynamic access to quality analysis data to users across an organisation, including customers, via corporate intranets or extranets. Also on show is Q-Pulse, a proven, dedicated workflow management software package for ISO-9000 companies, and Adept's full range of quality management and data analysis tools.

NWA Quality Analyst
is the world's most popular quality analysis software, used by over 4000 leading corporations worldwide. It offers the best combination of power, flexibility and ease of use of any statistical process control (SPC) software available today.

Its communications and reporting capabilities have always been key benefits of NWA Quality Analyst. The new version takes these into a new dimension - corporate intranets. Up to now, SPC data has only been accessible over the web in view-only form, as grabbed bitmap images. NWA Quality Analyst WebServer allows anyone with access to a company intranet to view and dynamically interrogate quality information. This means that internal staff and customers can check the quality documentation associated with any item at any time, without having to go through their own inspection procedures.

NWA Quality Analyst WebServer also brings unmatched functionality, absolute precision and unparalleled ease of use to the PC platform. It offers virtually every variable and attribute control chart needed by quality management professionals, and includes a range of new customisation options.

Q-Pulse solves the problem experienced by ISO9000 companies: excessive paperwork. It is an effective database and workflow system that manages all the information necessary for an ISO9000 implementation to function successfully. As well as notifying users of actions that need to be taken, it manages a messaging system around an organisation, and forms a competent front end to a whole network of PCs, making quality a main priority. Q-Pulse manages documents, controls calibration systems and handles a wide range of quality audits and other management review tasks.

NWA Quality Analystand Q-Pulse are supplied and supported by Adept Scientific plc, 6 Business Centre West, Avenue One, Letchworth, Herts. SG6 2HB; telephone (01462) 480055, fax (01462) 480213,  email:
