New ComputerBoards
PC104 Catalogue Hits the
Street

The new ComputerBoards Inc catalogue of PC104 I/O products (Volume 11), together with a UK price list and order form, is now available free of charge from ComputerBoards' UK distributor, Adept Scientific. The catalogue features a number of new boards in both the analogue and digital I/O ranges as well as new signal conditioning boards. All boards featured in this catalogue are CE-marked.

Two of the new boards deserve special mention: the PC104-DAS16Jr, available in both 12 and 16 bit versions, which brings all the functionality of the ISA bus CIO-DAS16/Jr to embedded computing; and the PC104-DIO48 with 48 digital I/Os and two on-board 82C55 chips which can be programmed as polled or interrupt driven bidirectional ports.

Also new is UniversalTools for Programmers which gives users of ComputerBoards' UniversalLibrary a full set of graphic display and real-time control software tools. These provide a wide range of programming functions in C/C++, Delphi and in Visual BASIC using ComputerBoards' VBX custom controls. The UniversalLibrary runs under both DOS and Windows and includes VIs to use from LabVIEW.

Copies of the catalogue may be ordered free of charge from ComputerBoards' UK distributor, Adept Scientific plc, 6 Business Centre West, Avenue One, Letchworth, Hertfordshire, SG6 2HB; Telephone (01462) 480055 extension 602; Fax: (01462) 480213; or directly from the Literature Selector on Adept's World Wide Web site.
