This is the premier UK showcase for scientific computing applications, and
with the largest stand at this show, Adept will be demonstrating a broad range of
software and hardware products for mathematics, chemistry, data
acquisition, data analysis, electronics design, simulation,
computer-aided design (CAD) and other scientific applications. We are also
making a significant contribution to the seminar programme: at 10.30 am
on Wednesday 1 October, Neil Chapman will discuss data handling in the chemical
laboratory, followed at 11.45 am by Nigel Trevarthen who will give a talk
entitled “How to set up a data acquisition application”. At 2.45 pm on
Thursday 2 October, Paul Goossens will discuss “Making Maths work for you”, in
which he will review some of the leading numeric and symbolic mathematics
