Choosing between EndNote & Reference Manager?

More information

Both EndNote and Reference Manager streamline and simplify the research process as you search, organise, write, publish and share your findings. However, if you're new to bibliographic software, we recommend you opt for EndNote rather than Reference Manager. Development effort has been focused on Endnote for the past 4 years. In contrast, Reference Manager hasn't been updated since November 2010! Consequently, EndNote offers compatibility with all the latest operating systems and delivers a more modern, intuitive interface. You also have the option of Windows, Mac, online and iPad platforms for more flexibility to suit the way you work.

This table lets you compare the reference managing capabilities of EndNote and Reference Manager side by side, so you can decide for yourself which tool is right for you.
