This demo movie shows how NorthWest Analytical's newest SPC tool, NWA Quality Analytics Server (QAS), can effectively provide 'real time' monitoring of multiple processes, across multiple sites, on a single screen. It provides operators and managers with the most relevant process information and lets them acknowledge 'out of control', out of specification, or rule violation data, by using Assignable Cause and Corrective Action lists. So while QAS keeps a constant eye on the processes, staff can focus fully on their work in the knowledge that if anything needs attention, the software will let them know and give them the tools to investigate and take appropriate action. |
